What is covered: We warrant to you, the original purchaser, that with the exceptions below, the products you have selected is free from defects in material and workmanship.
How long coverage lasts: The warranty lasts for a period of 1 years from the date of delivery of the furniture to you. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture.
The Original Fauxstone will do: If within the warranty period the product fails structurally or the finish cracks, peels, or blisters, The Original Fauxstone , will, at our option, repair or replace the product.
To obtain service: Any claim under this warranty should be initiated upon purchase with the dealer, or you may call The Original Fauxstone Customer Service at 760-703-0833 for information regarding warranty performance.
The Original Fauxstone reserves the right to examine all merchandise claimed to be defective. Upon approval of the claim, The Original Fauxstone will authorize the repair or replacement of the defective product.
What is not covered: This warranty does not cover and is void if damage is the result of freight/shipping, a failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, acts of God, improper care, normal wear or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care.
Disclaimer: The warranty is valid only in the United States and Puerto Rico. This warranty is in lieu of any other implied or other expressed warranties.
The Original Fauxstone shall not be responsible for loss of use, time, inconvenience, packaging , travel, personal injury, or other consequential or incidental damages.
